WEEK 1 | Coming Home to the Altar
We will begin our journey by coming home to the body and all the wisdom living there. We will be diving into the importance of being connected to the sacred space at the root of your body while doing practices to dissolve bioenergetic blocks keeping you from connecting deeply.
WEEK 2 | Devotion to the Body
Your body is the temple and devoting yourself to caring for your feminine body in ways that nourish and support it are crucial. We will be diving into all things cycle syncing and embodiment and how to truly sink into a way of living in alignment with your inner seasons.
WEEK 3 | Remembering Your Multidimensionality
You are a multidimensional feminine being and it’s time to let that empower you and fuel you. We will be doing energetic healing with our female lineage, EFT tapping to bring compassion to the shame that comes up when we express our multidimensionality, and work to really weave our light and dark feminine aspects together for more empowerment.
WEEK 4 | Reclaiming Sovereignty
The womb is a potent energetic space where we form entanglements and attachments to those around us, oftentimes in relationship. This week will be centered around learning about the different types of energetic entanglements that can show up and working to release them with love so that you can free yourself of toxic patterns.
WEEK 5 | Creative Alchemy
Your womb and menstrual cycle are a portal to creating the life of your dreams. In honoring your feminine body and working with her wisdom, you are able to weave all that you desire into existence. We will be diving into how to use the alchemical powers of your female body to create the dreamiest reality that you know is waiting for you.
WEEK 5 | Worshipping the Altar
It’s time to truly see yourself as an extension of the divine, and the goddess you are. We will be diving into juicy practices in week 6 to guide you into deeper embodiment of your divinity and amplify your ability to magnetize through self-devotion.
