February Sisterhood Saturday
A monthly in-person women’s circle for connection, embodiment, and support
Sisterhood Saturdays is a monthly gathering for women to come home to themselves in community. Each circle offers a supportive, womb-centered space to slow down, drop out of the mind, and reconnect with the body, intuition, and heart.
These circles are intentionally shaped by what the women in the space are moving through and what they’re needing most in the moment. Through grounding practices, guided reflection, embodiment, and shared presence, you’ll be held in a container that honors you.
Each circle may include:
– grounding + meditations to support your energy
– womb-centered or embodiment practices
– reflection or journaling prompts
– optional sharing + witnessing
– intentional ritual aligned with the season
This space is for you if you’re craving:
– deeper connection with yourself and other women
– emotional support and regulation
– clarity during periods of transition
– a slower, more embodied way of being
This is a space for sisterhood without pressure or performance & an opportunity to get to form connections with the women in our community.
Each month carries its own energetic theme, influenced by the season and the collective needs of the group. Exact details and practices will be shared closer to each gathering and you will receive an email 1 week prior to the circle with an intake form to help guide the experience.
The January Sisterhood Saturday will be held on February 21st at 6:45pm in Denver (80210) and will last ~2 hours. You’ll receive an email after signing up with more deets :)
REFUND POLICY:
Because space is intentionally limited and each circle is prepared with care, all circle purchases are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a future Sisterhood Saturday (with at least 24 hours notice). If a circle is canceled or rescheduled by m e, you will receive the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future circle or offering. If there is an emergency, please reach out to me and we can discuss further!
